These terms govern your use of Angie — the realtime games, dates, photobooth, Couples Hub and print shop at getangie.com and in the Angie app. By using Angie you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. The service
Angie lets two people in different places play realtime activities together in one shared room: a photobooth, quizzes, riddles, drawing, debates and more. Some features use AI to score or judge rounds; AI verdicts are for entertainment and may be imperfect.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old. Content marked 18+ is for adults only and sits behind an explicit confirmation.
- You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Guest (anonymous) sessions are supported; signing in later moves your guest purchases onto your account.
3. Free tier, Premium & purchases
- Free tier — the photobooth is always free to play; each game has a free allowance (per day or lifetime, shown in the app). Free photostrip downloads carry a watermark.
- Premium (monthly) — outside Indonesia: a $10/month subscription via Stripe that renews automatically until you cancel (cancel anytime from your profile; access runs to the end of the paid period). In Indonesia: Rp 79.000 via Midtrans for 31 days of Premium as a one-time payment — it does not auto-renew.
- Lifetime — the Couple's Gift Set ($79, via Stripe) or Angie Unlimited (Rp 379.000, via Midtrans): a one-time payment for lifetime Premium plus one invite code that unlocks a partner's account.
- Photostrip unlock — $2 (Stripe) or Rp 15.000 (Midtrans) unlocks the clean HD strip and booth video for that session.
- In the mobile app, digital purchases go through Apple's App Store or Google Play; their billing terms apply.
- Prices may change; changes never affect a period you've already paid for.
4. Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable once the digital content is unlocked, except where the law of your country requires otherwise or the service materially failed. If something went wrong — double charge, a purchase that never unlocked — email us and we'll make it right.
5. Print orders
Magnet prints are produced and shipped by our print partner from your final artwork. Because each order is custom-made, it can't be cancelled once production starts; misprints or transit damage are reprinted or refunded — contact us with a photo.
6. Your content
You own everything you create on Angie — photos, strips, drawings, answers, dates. You give us the limited license needed to operate the service (store what you save, relay what you share with your partner, submit what a game sends to its AI judge). We claim no other rights.
7. Acceptable use
- Don't use Angie to harass, harm or record anyone without their consent.
- Don't upload unlawful content, attempt to break or overload the service, resell access, or circumvent the free-tier limits or paywall.
- Rooms are for you and the people you invite; keep room codes to people you trust.
8. Availability & changes
Angie is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it up, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change or be discontinued. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angie is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably — just email us.

Ketentuan ini mengatur penggunaan Angie — game realtime, date, photobooth, Couples Hub, dan toko cetak di getangie.com serta aplikasi Angie. Dengan memakai Angie, kamu setuju dengan ketentuan ini. Kalau tidak setuju, mohon tidak menggunakan layanannya.
1. Layanan
Angie memungkinkan dua orang di tempat berbeda main aktivitas realtime bareng dalam satu room yang sama: photobooth, kuis, riddle, gambar bareng, debat, dan lainnya. Beberapa fitur memakai AI untuk menilai ronde; penilaian AI bersifat hiburan dan bisa saja tidak sempurna.
2. Syarat usia & akun
- Kamu harus berusia minimal 13 tahun. Konten bertanda 18+ hanya untuk dewasa dan berada di balik konfirmasi eksplisit.
- Kamu bertanggung jawab atas akunmu dan keamanan metode login-mu. Sesi tamu (anonim) didukung; login belakangan akan memindahkan pembelian tamu ke akunmu.
3. Tier gratis, Premium & pembelian
- Tier gratis — photobooth selalu gratis dimainkan; tiap game punya jatah gratis (per hari atau seumur akun, tertera di aplikasi). Download photostrip gratis membawa watermark.
- Premium (bulanan) — di Indonesia: Rp 79.000 via Midtrans untuk 31 hari Premium, sekali bayar — TIDAK perpanjang otomatis. Di luar Indonesia: langganan $10/bulan via Stripe yang diperpanjang otomatis sampai dibatalkan (bisa berhenti kapan saja dari profil; akses berjalan sampai akhir periode yang sudah dibayar).
- Selamanya — Angie Unlimited (Rp 379.000, via Midtrans) atau Couple's Gift Set ($79, via Stripe): sekali bayar untuk Premium selamanya plus satu kode undangan yang membuka akun pasanganmu.
- Buka photostrip — Rp 15.000 (Midtrans) atau $2 (Stripe) membuka strip HD bersih dan video booth untuk sesi itu.
- Di aplikasi, pembelian digital lewat App Store Apple atau Google Play; ketentuan billing mereka berlaku.
- Harga bisa berubah; perubahan tidak pernah memengaruhi periode yang sudah kamu bayar.
4. Refund
Pembayaran pada dasarnya tidak bisa direfund setelah konten digital terbuka, kecuali hukum di negaramu mengharuskan sebaliknya atau layanan gagal secara berarti. Kalau ada yang salah — tagihan dobel, pembelian yang tidak pernah terbuka — email kami dan pasti kami bereskan.
5. Pesanan cetak
Magnet dicetak dan dikirim oleh mitra cetak kami dari artwork final-mu. Karena tiap pesanan dibuat custom, pesanan tidak bisa dibatalkan setelah produksi dimulai; salah cetak atau rusak di perjalanan akan dicetak ulang atau direfund — hubungi kami dengan fotonya.
6. Konten milikmu
Semua yang kamu buat di Angie tetap milikmu — foto, strip, gambar, jawaban, date. Kamu memberi kami lisensi terbatas yang diperlukan untuk menjalankan layanan (menyimpan yang kamu simpan, meneruskan yang kamu bagikan ke pasanganmu, mengirimkan yang dinilai juri AI). Kami tidak mengklaim hak lain.
7. Penggunaan yang pantas
- Jangan memakai Angie untuk mengganggu, merugikan, atau merekam siapa pun tanpa persetujuannya.
- Jangan mengunggah konten melanggar hukum, mencoba merusak atau membebani layanan, menjual ulang akses, atau mengakali batas tier gratis maupun paywall.
- Room untukmu dan orang yang kamu undang; jaga kode room hanya untuk orang yang kamu percaya.
8. Ketersediaan & perubahan
Angie disediakan "apa adanya". Kami berusaha keras menjaganya tetap berjalan, tapi tidak menjamin ketersediaan tanpa gangguan, dan fitur bisa berubah atau dihentikan. Kami bisa menangguhkan akun yang melanggar ketentuan ini.
9. Tanggung jawab
Sejauh diizinkan hukum, Angie tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian tidak langsung, dan total tanggung jawab kami untuk klaim apa pun terbatas pada jumlah yang kamu bayarkan ke kami dalam 12 bulan sebelum klaim.
10. Hukum yang berlaku
Ketentuan ini diatur oleh hukum Republik Indonesia. Sengketa akan diupayakan diselesaikan secara kekeluargaan lebih dulu — cukup email kami.
